Kindergarten Registration for 2012 - 2013 School Year
WHO: Parents of children who will be 5 on or before Aug. 31, 2012.
During registration, your child will be scheduled for a brief screening of basic skills.
WHAT TO BRING:
*A copy of your child's birth certificate. You must have the official copy from the Dept. of Vital Statistics (Health Dept.)--not the hospital keepsake copy which is not a legal document.
*Your child's Social Security number.
*Current immunization record for your child.
Please make sure that your child has had:
4 DPT (one after the age of 4)
4 Polio(one after the age of 4)
2 MMR
3 Hep. B
2 Varicella
*Emergency contact numbers to complete the registration forms.

HALF-TIME PROGRAM: No cost. Half-time sessions will be held during full days on Monday, Wednesday and every other Friday or Tuesday, Thursday and every other Friday
COST FOR FULL DAY PROGRAM: $195 per month for 2012-13 school year (9 monthly payments from September through May). The first month's payment ($195) will be accepted as a deposit to hold a spot.
