School Supply List
Each student at CMS should come prepared to start the year with the following basic items:
- 3-ring binder
- 1 pair of scissors
- calculator
- #2 pencils
- colored pencils
- paper (wide or college ruled)
- 12-inch ruler
- pens (black or blue)
- box of kleenex (to 1st period teacher)
note: other materials may be need for specific classes
Registration Fees
PE Lock - $5
Street Lock - $5
Agenda - Free (this organization tool helps students stay on top of assignments and events at CMS. furthermore, the Agenda contains CMS general information and the student handbook. this item is provided to each student at no cost. however, if you need to replace your agenda during the school year, the cost will be $6)
Yearbook - $25 (personalized yearbooks are an additional $5 each. yearbooks are available for purchase until october 30th...and then again after april 11th for $30 (can not be personalized). students will receive their yearbook at the end of the school year.)
Athletic Fee - $20 sport fee $10 transportation fee You must have your physical and athletic packet with you at time of payment.
ASB Card - $20 (the 2011-2012 ASB card is required for participation in sports and provides a discount for certain cms and district activities)
CMS T-Shirt - $10
CMS Sweatshirt - $20
